I started taking online lessons with Marie soon after I arrived. She first listened to my concerns and wishes regarding English, and then suggested a completely custom-made program. In my case, the classes were discussion-style based on news articles and I was also able to improve my daily conversation skills. At the beginning of my assignment, I was not very good at English, but by having classes that suited me, my resistance to English gradually disappeared, and after a year of taking the course, I was able to work in English without difficulty.
